What went into the tank?
The registration or make and model, normal fuel, liquid added and approximate quantity. Keep the fuel receipt or container label if available. Tell us if you are unsure.
Was the ignition used?
Say whether the ignition was switched on, the engine started or the vehicle driven. Explain the distance and symptoms. Do not restart it to test the problem.
